## About this hub

This hub is maintained by the **MC Talent Management Manager** with contributions from functional MCVPs and LC leads. It is updated every term (June/July) and reviewed mid-term.

### How content is organized

* **Procedures** (what you must do) live in Governance, Standards & Compliance, and Recruitment.
* **Learning content** (what you study) lives in Functional Knowledge, Leadership Track, and the New Member Guide.
* **Reference material** (what you look up) lives in Resources & Tools and the Dictionary.

Each functional page follows a consistent structure: **Role → Responsibilities → Measures of Success → Tools → How to Get Started.**
