## Conference Output Template

Each conference entry, once populated, will follow this structure:

* **Date:** Exact dates of the conference
* **Location:** Venue and city
* **Theme:** Conference theme or tagline (if applicable)
* **Key Decisions:** Governance decisions or commitments made during plenary sessions
* **Action Items:** LC- and MC-level action items with owners and deadlines
* **Attached Materials:** Links to session slides, agendas, photos, and feedback summaries on the MC Google Drive
